No time to search for a lender for that deal you know warrants private funds?
Based on a general 50/50 commission* split we will source your funds for you.
*If file doesnt close a standard flat fee will be applied.
FILE SUBMISSION
Full Meal Deal*
Full Meal deal is for a broker that doesn’t have time to search for lenders to fit their scenario but likes to keep in direct contact with the client and has a completed application.
Originating broker deals directly with client
This includes data input, document organization for submission, deal research if needed or recommendations for lenders if the broker doesn’t have time to think about it, taking into consideration client wishes and desires.
A full document package including compliance will be returned to broker along with any outstanding conditions.
The broker will then sign the client up and return all documents for finalization.
FLAT FEE PRICING
The Full Monty*
Is exactly that.
We will liaise with the client, take the application if needed, determine client needs, put the deal together, do up all documents, follow with client, take care of all conditions, and finally go over all documentation including compliance with the client.
FLAT FEE PRICING
*Files that are approved but not proceeded with will be owed a rebate to = 1/2 of the cost or reduction on next deal.
