My name is Lorilee Lefebvre and I have nearly 20 years in the brokering business. Before doing this I was a mortgage lender in a major chartered bank for 10 years.

Recently I have noticed a real need in this industry for small to midsize brokerage houses that have more work for one but just not quite enough to justify hiring a part or full time underwriter.

Many times, full time underwriters come and go quickly for many reasons.

I saw a real need to take some of the “paper work” out of a brokers day to day life, especially when they find they are bogged down by it and cannot concentrate on marketing and selling, which in many cases is a favorite part of the job.
